You have the opportunity to reach your full potential. From completing Shine awards to participation in national championships each gymnast is encouraged to work toward their goals.
Gymnastics Classes
Structured Gymnastics Classes from birth to leaving school. SSoG have structured classes the are suitable for Pre-School, Recreational, Advanced and Teens.
Club Training
The competitive gymnastics club trains for local, county, regional and national competitions. The entry to the Club is by invitation only or transfer from other clubs
Community Classes
SSoG offer unstructured classes such as play sessions for Parent and Toddlers, evening classes for adults, daytime ladies fitness and structured programmes for local schools. The facility can also be hired for parties. During school holidays SSoG offer holiday camps.
It's time to show progress
SSoG have developed an award scheme that runs through the Recreational classes. Easy to understand activities with testing twice a year and medals and certificates to be earned.

We have classes for all ages at our Newby Road Facility
Parent and Toddler
Open play sessions in the main gym for gymnasts not at school with their parents in attendance.
Pre-School
Structured classes for gymnasts between the ages of 2.5 and 5 who are not yet at school. There are classes where the parents attend and classes in the year before school where the parents watch.

Move to Higher performance
Learn the basics at a young age in our Club Preparation section where all of the strenght and conditioning is developed before your first competition. Progress to the Club where you will compete in Floor and Vault competitions and 4 piece competitions.
