Club Championships

2003

The Stockport School of Gymnastics Club Championship was held on Saturday 20th December at the Dialstone Recreation Centre. 

After missing the competition in 2002 the competition was friendly, but determined to inherit the cup from the 2001 Champion, Deborah Griffiths. Deborah is now a judge and was on hand to present the trophy to the new Club Champion.

This year we saw a new shield, presented to the Top Novice gymnast. The award, presented by Pete Stanway, is to be known as the President's Cup.

We also presented the trophy to the 2003 Gymnast of the Year .
