Each year the club coaches vote for the gymnast, who in their opinion, has contributed to the club in an outstanding way, not only in competitions, but also in training, attitude and help around the club. Our winners are as follows:

GEORGIA MATHER

 The Gymnast of the Year, 2010, is Georgia Mather who has has an outstanding year after a quiet start with the club in 2009. Georgia has competed as a Pre-Novice in 2010, with a second place overall in the Greater Manchester 4 Piece and a third place overall in the North West Individuals.

Georgia has a great work ethic, gets on in a very focussed way on her target moves and is currently working on cast to handstand, so that the giants she has learnt can be put into her bars competition routines.

Georgia has learnt to flick on the beam and is working on twists on the floor.

Georgia is a worthy winner of the Gymnast of the Year.
