Team Championships 2012

 

 

The weekend of the 15th/16th September saw another fantastic competition for SSoG.

We picked up a bronze medal in the Level 4 competition, from our team of; Carla Mansfield, Susan Roberts, Ella Mckie Crane, Georgia Mather and Rebekah Mooney. The level 4 competition was very mixed, with some excellent scores on Floor and Vault, but a couple of nightmares on Beam and Bars

For the first time ever, a medal for the SSoG Novice team!!. There were 14 teams and the SSoG teams were placed 3rd and 5th, fabulous result. 

Our team of Ella Cleaver, Chloe Andrew, Chloe Astley, Eleri MacLeod and Sophie Richards performed excellently on Bars, Floor and Vault, however an unfortunate number of falls on beam resulted in them being placed out of the medals. 

The team consisting of Megan Dooley, Olivia Fletcher, Leandra Brennan, Georgia Hewitt and Georgina Blackburn performed well and consistently on each piece, and are the North West Bronze Medalists!
