With the retirement of the Staleybridge end of the twinning association, Phil Trickett, the arrangements were a little last minute this year. It was a shame as the party from Jeune Garde was much reduced as a number of gymnasts and coaches were unable to get their identity cards in time. The visit also co-insided with a competition in France and some National Hockey finals for our organisers, Phil and Louise Richardson,  so we hosted 6 gymnast and 3 coaches for the weekend.

Did the reduced numbers stop the party; of course not with the usual activities, bowling, Alton Towers, a party, of yes and a bit of time for some gymnastics.

It doesn't matter how many times you tell the gymnasts, only one at a time on the trampoline,
they all pile on, and those older male gymnasts....
