Adult Beginner Classes

Great news, we have a coach and the sessions restart on Wednesday 2nd October from 8.45 for an hour. All sessions can be booked online from this website.

Our adult gymnastics class is a structured class including warm up and conditioning followed by a short apparatus session for adults to have fun in a safe and stimulating environment.

Adults are reminded that while sessions are supervised by a qualified coach, you are responsible for the care and safety of yourself.

The charge is £5 per session which includes BG Block Insurance which covers you for up to 1 session per month. If you attend more frequently you will need to take out BG Insurance which is £19 per annum and is renewable on 1st October.
