Apologies

The car park resurfacing has not progressed at all this week and we are told by the landlord that the contractor will be completing the work starting on Monday. This is outside our control so please be patient with the staff on reception, who are just as fed up with it as you are. The council have been informed about the state of the footpath and have said we are not to repair it; they will, so the hope is that it will be sooner rather than later. It would be prudent to wear wellies as the rain has made the path extremely muddy.

For this weekend we are able to route you through the part of the car park that has been resurfaced and you should walk between the fence and the barriers.

Ideally the work should have been completed in the summer as the weather this last month has not been good for laying concrete. We are only tenants and have no control over these works.
