The Recreational Classes at Newby Road are intended for children of 4 years (who attend primary school) up to 12 years old, approximately. The classes run after school during the week and on weekends. The class start times are staggered and run as follows:
Weekday evenings, first class at 4.00 pm
Saturday, all day, first class at 9.00 am
Sunday, mornings, first class at 9.30 am
Costs are £7.25 per session and will be billed on the 01st of each month and is payable by direct debit. Each session is 55 minutes long. There is a £10 membership fee when joining SSoG, it is billed annually and added to the invoice issued for October’s term, regardless of when you joined.
**You need to be a member of British Gymnastics to take part in this class. This is provided directly through British Gymnastics and the membership fee is your insurance to take part in the sport of gymnastics.. For further details on how to join and BG membership fees please click the link below.

This class can be booked and paid for online using the ‘Book Now’ button towards the bottom of the page, but please read the following information first:
The booking is for a month. You will be charged for the classes remaining in the month.
We only accept credit/debit cards for the initial payment this class. Subsequent fees are collected monthly by Direct Debit.
Once you have signed up the place it’s yours until you tell us that you want to leave or if you stop your Direct Debit.
Please note that if you are entitled to any reductions, such as sibling discount or SMBC Leisure Key, then please secure the place by paying full price and contact the office to apply the discount to your account for your future invoices.
THE CLASSES SHOW THE AGES OF THE OTHER CHILDREN IN THE GROUP. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR CHILD IN THE WRONG AGE GROUP AS WE WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO TRAIN.
It will also show you if classes are full and you will need to join the waiting list by clicking on the ‘Waiting List’ button. No payment is required to join the waiting list.
