Fresh Air!

We have been using a temporary fan to replace the air in the gym during the COVID pandemic. The fan is not the quietest bit of kit and leaving the door open could be a bit chilly, but it worked. We are now delighted to announce that we are fitting a permanent ventilation system with inlet air screens and extract fans installed in the walls to provide fresh air in accordance with the Government guidelines. We are also adding a UV sterilisation unit with fans and filters to further purify the air in the gym.

This major enhancement to our COVID safe environment has been made possible as we were successful with our application to the Government’s COVID Capital Grant scheme.

Work will be starting last week in May and will be done with minimal impact on classes.
