New Term Invoices – June 2021

Having looked at what other clubs in the area are doing we have decided to start collecting fees through monthly direct debit for all classes. This is a big change for the recreational classes where you have been paying by the term, usually a 10-week block, but we hope this will make the fees more manageable. It applies to Recreational, Teen, Pre-School and Toddler classes.

The last day of the current term is 20^th June and instead of starting a new term that would take us through to Sept, we are invoicing for July (which will include the last few days of June) and then you will receive monthly invoices for August, September and so on.

The software we use to manage the club classes and payments has an arrangement with a system called GoCardless. Look out for a letter in your inbox explaining how it works and for an invitation to sign up for GoCardless.
