The pit works continue

Last effort of the week and more piecing together of the frames and bolting to the floor. The weekend will be a rest period and work starts again on Monday. Volunteer numbers dropped off a little as the week went by, so need some more for the last week of construction. Starting to see a few clues as to what it will look like.

The two frames to the left and right will be the floor and the space in the middle the pit.

There is a lot of empty space under the structure so we will fit doors and use it for storage.

The frame should be sitting on the floor, but the floor is so uneven that we need a 2 inch shim under it.
