Text Box: The School display at St Wildrids went very well and we have some pictures on the website and I have a DVD courtesy of Karen Heath. The Frank Williams also was a big success, well I like to think of it as such as everything over the weekend seemed under control and we finished early. The new groups seem to have settled down and there is well organised rota for which groups are on which piece. We also have an interesting offer for the future, probably from September time when the Sports Trust want us to become key holders for Dialstone. Details on page 2. Text Box: Gym opening August Open all sessions. Due to a lot of people being away on holidays it is likely that we may be restricted with the amount of kit that is put out and the number of coaches in attendance. 2nd, 16th, 30th August Trial sessions for the gymnasts spotted at the Frank Williams Competition. 22nd-24th August Training Camp at Tolworth for the Text Box: Seems like a while since we have had a proper newsletter so here goes. There is lots going on as usual so before we all head off for a well deserved break read the newsletter and keep up to date with club news. The main item to understand is that during August there will be no Recreational gymnastics. Hence there will be no need to get up at the crack of dawn when it is your turn to shift mats on a Saturday morning. The rota is on page 3, but please note that we will start at 12.30, not 9.00. With it being holidays there are likely to be people away so as you have to drop off gymnasts at 1.00, come 30 minutes earlier and the job will be done with minimal effort. See notice board for details. 18th August Entries for the Novice Teams to be into Fiona Wright. 20th/21st September NWGA Novice Teams to be held at Birchwood Community School. 27th/28th September General Gymnastics Floor and Vault Text Box: Competition to be held at Fit City, Salford. This is a low level competition and most likely to suit our recreational gymnasts. 10th/11th October Rochdale Floor and Vault Competition at Matthew Moss High School in Rochdale. 8th/9th November NWGA Pre-Novice, Novice and Out of Age Levels Championship to be held at Birchwood Community School
