Text Box: Our biggest event of the year with nearly 400 gymnasts competing on floor and vault. Usually we do beam as well, but this year there were just too many entries so the beam was dropped. This competition is a tricky one to organise as there needs to be separate warm ups and lots of gaps to prevent over crowding in the main Sports Hall. All went to time and a big thank you to all those who helped during 2 long days. On the competition front our

Text Box: recreational gymnasts were fantastic winning 8 overall titles and the Vault shield. There were lots of other good medal winning performances, all on the website and too numerous to mention here. This year we invited Sports Shots to take photos and they proved to be very popular. For 2009 we will be doing something different. The Frank Williams in its current format will disappear and we will set some new challenges for our recreational gymnasts.
